Nigel Kicks Off 2019

Welcome to all our existing members and the many new families we are going to have, at Hayes (Kent) CC this year.

The newsletter can be found by clicking here.

I have been at Hayes since 2006 and this year by far we have seen some incredible changes to our ground.

With the passing of our friend Peter Kennedy and his generous legacy, along with a donation from London Borough of Bromley, and not forgetting the huge effort from parents and senior players to clear the ground, we have a new state of the art 4 lane Net Facility to enjoy.

This is our opportunity to say “Thank You Peter” - the nets are going to influence the cricketing lives of juniors and seniors for many years to come.

I must also mention as a club we are extremely proud that our Seniors will be playing in higher divisions this season.

We hope to continue the club philosophy of integrating the older Juniors into the senior sides. We have many playing in the 1st and 2nd team that have started as Under 9s, and gone on to earn their coaching certificates and play in the Kent Cricket League.

Have a great season
